Having made the place and method of work safe, the Management is still faced with dangers caused by human factors. It was proved that most accidents occur as a result of human failing, both individual and collective. In order to meet the objective of making significant success in accident prevention, AQC (Pvt) LimitedAccident Prevention Policy includes the following four factors:

Selection of workers for specific task or type of employment will be based on:
  • Educational and technical knowledge
  • Practical experience, and
  • Medical fitness
Systems and procedures of work including:
  • Permit to work system
  • Safe working code of practice, and
  • Hazards control measures
Training and Safety education to ensure and update the knowledge of:
  • AQC (Pvt) Limitedsafety policy/rules and procedures
  • Hazards on site
  • Safe working techniques, and
  • Accident reporting
Supervision and monitoring to ensure the implementation of the Safety Policy.

All AQC (Pvt) Limitedemployees are given a 'Health and Safety Handbook'. The health and safety handbook will cover all the identified hazards in accordance with AQC (Pvt) Limitedgeneral Risk Assessment. In-house safety education will be provided through regular memorandums and circulations, accidents and incidents 'propaganda" and general safety group discussions. AQC (Pvt) Limitedin-house training courses will cover subjects ranging from "Confined space entries to welding Operations and First Aid on Site".
